Prediction of pediatric severe TBI using the plasma OPN and GFAP levels at admission. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) graph of using the plasma OPN or GFAP levels at admission to predict severe TBI.22 The area under ROC curve is 0.7255 for OPN (p = 0.02) compared with 0.533 for GFAP (p = 0.7435).
