Expression of putative amino acid transporters in the fruit tissues. The relative expression level of each gene was measured by qRT-PCR using gene-specific primers shown in Table S1. RNA samples were extracted from fruits and rind tissues at 10, 20, 30, and 40 days after pollination (DAP). The expression levels were normalized using actin gene. The data were obtained from three biological replicates.
