Table 1.

The effect of PAC (1 μM) and ABA (1 μM) solutions on germination rate of WT dormant Arabidopsis (Col-0) seeds incubated in darkness or under BL (180 µmol m−2 s−1) in constant temperature of 25 °C: Results were presented as % of germinated WT dormant seeds on water or on particular treatment ± SD after 48 and 72 h of incubation in constant temperature of 25 °C. Experiments were conducted in three biological and two technical replicates (100 seeds per each replicate), * and ** indicate the significant differences for p ≤ 0.05 and p ≤ 0.01 respectively.
