Experimental conditions: 1 mM potassium phosphate buffer, Vg = 55 V, Vds = 0.1 V, solution volume in the cell: 450 μL; the SOI-NW structure is sensitized with the oligonucleotide probe_1. The final concentration of cs_1 solutions in the cell: 3.3 × 10−17 M (red), 3.3 × 10−16 M (blue), 3.3 × 10−15 M (black), and 3.3 × 10−14 M (purple).
