Rb1 and Rg1 increased cell viability in oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R)-treated astrocytes. After 6 h of OGD, astrocytes were reoxygenated for 24 h. OGD/R-treated astrocytes were incubated with varying concentrations of Rb1 or Rg1 (2, 5, and 10 µM). (a) The CCK-8 assay was used to examine cell viability. (b) The morphology of astrocytes was observed by using an inverted microscope. The results showed that Rb1 (5 µM) and Rg1 (10 µM) significantly increased cell viability and improved cell state.
