All genes were packaged in BacMam and the viral titer was determined as viral genes (VG) per milliliter. mRNA transcripts per cell were determined by qRT-PCR and compared to endogenous expression levels in HEK293T and SH-SY5Y cells. *For rhodopsin expression data from the retina was used. **Data obtained from Uhlén et al.
