Effects of CA on Aspergillus flavus viability and fungal virulence. (A) The MIC for A. flavus treated with CA was detected by the microdilution method, and the endpoint was observed by using resazurin. (B) The antifungal effect of CA on corn: 5 × 10⁶ spores/ml suspension of spore in 0.01% Tween 20 was inoculated into corn, which was treated with CA volatilization, and the Petri dish was kept in a moist incubator at 28°C with 12 h cycles of light/dark for 5 days. The mock control was treated with sterile water, and spore were not inoculated into the corn.
