(B) Cells were treated with gradient concentration of betulin (5 and 10 μM). Closed wound area of 5 and 10 μM betulin group at 12 h were significantly smaller compared to Control group. (C) PC-9/GR cells were treated with betulin 5 μM alone or combined with gefitinib 30 μM for 48 h.
