Effects of receptor blocking of TLR2 and CR3 (CD11b/CD18) on GOS activated mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) signaling pathways. Western blotting of protein expression (A) and accordingly the densitometry quantification of the expressed protein bands IκBα (B), p-p65 (C), p-JNK (D), p-ERK (E), p-p38 (F), and p-Stat1 (G) in BMDMs pretreated with anti-CR3 (CD11b/CD18) and anti-TLR2 blocking antibodies and incubated with GOS (100 µg/mL).
