Effect of IngC in colony formation of glioma cells. (A) U373 and GAMG cells were seeded and grown in soft-agar medium containing the indicated compounds. (B) The number of colonies in each well was counted after 20 days of IngC treatment. The graphs are representative of at least two independent experiments performed in duplicate. n.s. means non-significant.
