Exclusion Criteria

 1. Severe valvular heart disease of hemodynamic significance (Mitral valve disease, aortic insufficiency, etc.)
 2. Severe pulmonary hypertension
 3. History of asthma or chronic obstructive lung disease
 4. Atrial fibrillation, flutter, or any other atrial tachyarrhythmias requiring antiarrhythmic theraphy
 5. History of taking antiarrhythmic drugs within 1 month including digoxin
 6. Hypertrophic, restrictive and dilated cardiomyopathy with any etiology
 7. Lower than TIMI flow grade 3 after primary PCI
 8. Severe renal or hepatic failure
 9. Hyperthyroidism
10. History of coronary artery bypass surgery
