1. Severe valvular heart disease of hemodynamic significance (Mitral valve disease, aortic insufficiency, etc.) |
2. Severe pulmonary hypertension |
3. History of asthma or chronic obstructive lung disease |
4. Atrial fibrillation, flutter, or any other atrial tachyarrhythmias requiring antiarrhythmic theraphy |
5. History of taking antiarrhythmic drugs within 1 month including digoxin |
6. Hypertrophic, restrictive and dilated cardiomyopathy with any etiology |
7. Lower than TIMI flow grade 3 after primary PCI |
8. Severe renal or hepatic failure |
9. Hyperthyroidism |
10. History of coronary artery bypass surgery |
