The electric potential, $\varphi ={\varphi }_m$, that maximized the rate of concentration at each setting of the height differential, $\mathrm{\Delta }H$, when using the 0.25$\times$ TE solution with 0.5 wt. % PVP and no added NaCl (solution 8 in Table I).
