Notice that mean note positions $\overline{b},\overline{s}$ are given in ticks (MIDI standard), but the standard deviations of the MTDs ${\sigma }_b,{\sigma }_s$ are in milliseconds (see Supporting Information for more details on the units). $r$ and ${\delta }_r$ are the average swing ratio as defined in Eq. (1) and its standard deviation, respectively (see 5.1). ${\rho }_{\alpha \to \beta }$ is Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient between microtiming deviations of pairs of notes of types $\alpha ,\beta$ (see 5.2).
