hsp90α1 and smyd1b expression was knocked down in Tg(ef1a:MuRF1a-GFP) and Tg(ef1a:MuRF2a-GFP) transgenic fish embryos. The MuRF1a-GFP and MuRF2a-GFP subcellular localization was determined by confocal microscopy in the hsp90α1 and smyd1b knockdown and control embryos.
