The combination of BBM and Gefi can synergistically inhibit the growth of pancreatic cancer cells. (A) Effect of combination therapy with Gefi and BBM on Panc-1 and Miapaca-2 cell viability. Cell viability was determined by MTS assay. (B) Effect of combination therapy with Gefi and BBM on the formation of Panc-1 and Miapaca-2 cell clones. Each group of cells was exposed for 7–10 days. The visualized colonies were taken. The data were obtained from three independent experiments performed in triplicate, and the representative photos were shown.
