Relationship between ATRX alter and other genetic alternation. (A) ATRX alterations are positively correlated with alterations in TP53 and IDH1 but negatively correlated with changes in CIC and EGFR. (B) EGFR is negatively correlated with ATRX amplification changes. (C) CDKN2A, CDKN2B is negatively correlated with ATRX deletion alterations. (D) Relationship between ATRX alteration and pathological tissue types of patients and changes in mRNA expression profiles of related genes after ATRX changes.
