CYP3A4 phenotypic ratios (A) among normal weight, overweight, and morbid obese individuals; (B) in morbid obese patients prior to surgery (baseline), at 4 weeks post-surgery, and at 6 months; (C) after laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass; (D) after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
