Low DGCR5 level in PC tissues was correlated with poor survival. One-way ANOVA and Tukey’s test were used to compare the expression level of DGCR5 among patients at different clinical stages (A). The 57 PC patients were divided into high (n=26) and low (n=31) DGCR5 groups using DGCR5 expression data in PC tissues according to Youden’s index. K-M method and log-rank t-test were used to plot and compare survival curves, respectively. Survival curve analysis showed that low DGCR5 level in PC tissues was correlated with poor survival (B).
