This table shows the percent change in relative protein expression of 3xTg-AD alcohol drinking mice compared to saccharin drinking mice at 1-month post alcohol (8-months old). Relative change calculated using β-Tubulin as loading control. All analytes and brain regions were treated as independent samples for analysis. Shaded boxes with * indicate P < 0.05; for one-tailed, t-test.
