Proliferative properties of hCECs grown with iHFL or i3T3 feeder layer. (A) Human corneal epithelial cells (hCEC52) at passage P3 were grown either alone (-) or in the presence of feeder cells (either iHFL or i3T3) until they reached near 90% confluence before they were trypsinized and cultured to the next passage. Cells were passaged until they reach replicative senescence. Scale bars: 200 µm.
