1H-nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) spectra of gold nanoparticle synthesis. 1H-NMR spectra of (a) bovine serum albumin (BSA), (b) Aflatoixin B1 (AFB1) antibody, (c) AFB1 antibody + BSA + gold nano particles (AuNPs) (Conjugated AuNPs). The peaks at 3.5 and 2.5 ppm indicate dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) and H2O, respectively. The lowercase letters (a–n) are listed in the first column of Table 1. The chemical shifts of protons are shown in the Table 1.
