The auxin sensor DR5::GFP activity was recorded in wild type Arabidopsis and mutant Atcrk5-1 embryos at several developmental stages. Auxin distribution during the embryo development in wild type (A) and in the mutant (B). In both cases, 5-5 embryos were investigated from three independent experiments.
