Relative expression level of auxin efflux carrier PIN genes at different silique stages quantified by qRT-PCR. The relative transcript levels were determined in small siliques (S1–S4, 3DAP) and medium siliques (S5–S7, 5DAP) for (A) PIN4, (B) PIN7, (C) PIN1. Ubiquitin1 (UBQ-1) was used as an internal control.
