Time course of cleavage reactions by PfuEndoQ. DNA substrates were incubated with PfuEndoQWT (100 nM) at 60°C for the indicated time (20, 60, 120, 300, and 600 s). Remaining substrates ([intact substrate]/[initial substrate], [S]/[S]0) were measured by 8 M urea-12% PAGE and autoradiography (mean ± standard error of the mean [SEM] for n = 3).
