(A) Neutrophils were pre-treated with FLIPr-like protein for 30 min; followed by incubation of cells with IgG-beads for 10, 30, 60 and 150 min. Phagocytosis and NETosis were quantified in comparison to the cells without FLIPr pre-treatment. (B) Neutrophils were incubated with either C3b-coated beads or with uncoated beads as controls (depicted in the figure as C) for 10, 30, 60 and 150 min. Thereafter, NET generation and phagocytosis were quantified.
