(A) ProCarbDB offers nine query modes, with detailed information available about each query type through the ‘Help’ page at the top navigation bar and through on-page help in the form of question mark tooltips. Fields marked with ‘*' support text search. At the bottom of this page, we offer a link that will display all the PDB Ligand IDs present in ProCarbDB along with PDB-derived name, IUPAC nomenclature and InChIKey.
