DB suppressed the LPS-induced NF-κB nuclear translocation in RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells pretreated with DB (20 µM) for 1 h were stimulated with LPS (1 µg/mL) for 6 h, after which NF-κB/p65 (A) and IκBα (B) mRNA levels were determined by qRT-PCR. RAW264.7 cells were pretreated with DB (20 µM) for 1 h and then stimulated with LPS (1 µg/mL) for 2 h, (n = 3). The protein expression of p65 in cytoplasm and nucleus was detected by western blotting, (n = 3) (C,D).
