An overview of the parameters affected by HFD + STZ-induced type 2 diabetes and the effect of rosmarinic acid and sinapic acid on these changes. For each parameter counteracted by phenolic acid, the name and dose of the compound is given in the brackets: RA10 and RA50: rosmarinic acid administered at the doses of 10 and 50 mg/kg, respectively; SA5 and SA25: sinapic acid administered at the doses of 5 and 25 mg/kg, respectively.
