PCB153 exposure altered forkhead box O (FOXO) signaling pathway. The FOXO family of transcription factors regulates the expression of genes involved in important physiological functions such as cell-cycle regulation, apoptosis, oxidative stress resistance, DNA repair, and metabolism.
