Values are the relative increase (%) in the number of individuals in the offspring generation that are in the top p fraction for GEBV when parents are selected on Index 5, compared to selection on ordinary GEBV. The top p-fraction was defined based on the offspring of parents selected on ordinary GEBV.
This is the value found in dairy cattle (Segelke et al. 2014).
