Gal-1 limits DCs-induced CD4⁺ T cells proliferation through IL-27 pathway (n=3). Naïve CD4⁺ T cells from rats were sorted by flow cytometry (purity ≥94%) and then the ability of proliferation was qualified by CFSE assay. CD4⁺ T cells co-cultured with or without DCs in 4 conditions, the CFSE fluorescence intensity and proliferation rate were qualified by flow assay.
