Effects of MK-801 administration on the self-grooming behavior of mice. Subject mice were administered with either MK-801 (0.1, 0.12, 0.15, 0.2 and 0.3 mg kg⁻¹) or 0.9% NaCl thirty minutes prior to the observation of self-grooming behavior. The total time spent self-grooming was then measured and recorded.
