The effects of CK2β silencing (A) or CK2 inhibition by CX-4945 (B) in HK-2 cells are highlighted by colours (upregulation in green, downregulation in red, unchanged in blue). The effect of CX-4945 on Akt pS129 is inferred from previous work of our and other laboratories (e.g. [18,40]).
