miR-129-1(2)-3p represses XRCC4 translocation and induces DNA damage by targeting SAE1. A. SGC-7901 cells were treated with miR-129-3p for 48 hours and then the proteins in the cell nucleus and cytoplasm were extracted separately. The XRCC4 level was determined by immunoblotting. B.
