Subcellular localization of GmFWL1-GFP in soybean root hairs after treatment with L-kynurenine, an auxin biosynthesis inhibitor (A–C), or after a treatment with L-kynurenine and 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid, an inhibitor of auxin transport (D,E).
