Table 1.

Composition measured by atom probe tomography (APT) analysis of the TiCx particles formed in Al–, Cu–, and Fe–Ti–C systems. Three correct methods were used successively: (1) peak decomposition in IVAS software (Decomp.); (2) 13C correction (13CCorr); and (3) correction of the peak at 24 Da (24Da).
