The reduction of the bright band artifact HU and SUVmax values by iMAR in comparison with WFBP is significant (p < 0.017). For MARIS, there are no significant changes in both HU and SUV measurements. HU: Hounsfield unit; SUV: standardised uptake value; WFBP: weighted filtered back projection; MARIS: metal artifact reduction in image space; iMAR: iterative metal artifact reduction.
