In laboratory conditions adaptability covers only the range of perception to responses. Above the main sequence are real-world conditions only, with the additional complications of individual variation in accuracies of perception, previous experience, assessment and responses. The feedback system of information from response to perception should modulate the extent of response and ensure it is controlled. The blocks below each main step are suggested and the lists are not intended to be exhaustive.
