sCD83 inhibits Bcl2L12 expression to increase the responsiveness of sTh2 cells to apoptosis inducers. Naïve control (NC) mice and AR mice were treated with sCD83 or saline daily for one week. Mononuclear cells were isolated from the airway tissues (nasal mucosa and lungs) and exposed to HDM (5 µg/ml) and cisplatin (25 µM) overnight. The cells were then analyzed by flow cytometry.
