Effect of α-MMC on the pro-inflammatory cytokines’ gene expression and secretion in cultured THP-1 cells. THP-1 cells were incubated with vehicle control or α-MMC (40 μg/mL) for 24 h at 37 °C and then (A) the levels of indicated cytokines in THP-1 cell culture medium were detected by ELISA.
