Pharmacological activity of methotrexate (MTX) in K562 cells. Pharmacological response was measured based on the antiproliferative effect of MTX following a 24‐hour exposure of K562 cells to MTX. Cell density data were collected from 10 samples per group over three independent experimental evaluations. Data points and representative box and whisker plots are shown based on the seeding density (i.e., seed) and density measurements after 24 hours of exposure to either vehicle control or 1,000 nM MTX. Cell densities were compared between groups using Wilcoxon rank‐sum testing and the resulting P values are provided.
