Relative mRNA expression of interleukin 6 (Il6), C-C motif chemokine ligand 2 (Ccl2), C-C motif chemokine ligand 5 (Ccl5) normalized to Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (Gapdh) expression in the (a) colon, (b) heart, (c) lung, (d) liver, (e) kidney and (f) skin respectively. All comparisons were conducted in 14 days post-veh (black) and tam (red) initiated mice.
