(B) Quality control of Hi-C DNA (QC1) for Libraries c and d. The Hi-C DNA for the Chinese softshell turtle liver sample was prepared with either HindIII or DpnII digestion. (C) Quality control of Hi-C libraries (QC2). The HindIII library prepared from the softshell turtle liver was digested by NheI, and the DpnII library was digested by ClaI (see Fig. 3 for the technical principle).
