(A) Gross specimen of GD2− HCT116 tumor paired with [18F]-TMP ex vivo autoradiography (acquired same day as day 13 PET imaging), and overlay image. (B) Gross specimen of GD2+ 143b tumor as in (A). The areas of autoradiography signal correlate with the areas containing positive anti-human CD8 IHC staining cells. Automated detection of tissue (yellow outlines) and DAB-positive cells (red marks) was performed using QuPath software.
