miR-34a and Ki67 expression levels and the 5-year survival of patients. (A) The 5-year follow-up showed that the overall survival rate was 73.21%. (B) The survival rate of patients with low expression of miR-34a was significantly lower than that of patients with high miR-34a expression, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.001). (C) According to the observation of Ki67 expression in the two groups of patients, the survival rate of patients with high expression of Ki67 was significantly lower than that of patients with low Ki67 expression, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P=0.022).
