In ad libitum fed mice (n=20), meal duration was not affected by drug treatment (A). Intra-dLS GLP-1 suppressed lick rate during the first minute of the meal (B). Burst number was significantly suppressed after GLP-1 and increased after Ex9 (C). Ingestion rate was significantly decreased following dLS GLP-1 (D).
