A: Representative traces were recorded from HEK293T cells transiently expressing SlackS407A-mCherry (DMSO, black) or SlackS407A-mCherry (TPA, red) or SlackS407A-mCherry and Phactr1 (DMSO, blue) or SlackS407A-mCherry and Phactr1 (TPA, green) in response to voltage steps from −100 mV to +80 mV from a holding potential of −80 mV. Cells were incubated either with 0.2% DMSO or 200 nM TPA in extracellular solution for 30 min before recordings were begun.
