The primary cell culture was electroporated with anti-miR and the respective scrambled control. The effects on the levels of endogenous miR-71 was determined by RT-qPCR at 24 h post-electroporation (48 h culture). Data illustrate representative results with the mean and standard error derived from three technical replicates for each of the three independent biological replicates. The results were calibrated with the average (normalized ct) of the cells treated with the scrambled oligonucleotide. * P ≤ 0.05.
