Expression levels of the genes involved in cellular stress responses and death signaling were examined in the RPE by qRT-PCR at 1 days post-NaIO₃ injection. Shown are expression levels of the genes involved in oxidative stress responses, apoptosis/necroptosis pathways, and inflammatory responses.
