Baseline dilation and flow mediated vasodilation (%FMD) percent change. Data are presented as mean ± SEM. Groups n = 11 subjects in transgender men (TGM) group and n = 20 cisgender female (CGF) group. Effect of group, P = 0.002 for %FMD with no difference in baseline diameter between groups. We used independent, two-tailed t-tests to test statistical significance in %FMD and baseline dilation.
